How long does it take to get my eBook?
eBooks can be downloaded on the checkout page as soon as your payment has been made. The eBooks will also be sent to your email address within 12 hours of ordering.
How long does it take to get my physical products?
Delivery in South Africa takes about 1-3 working days from when your order has been shipped. Eg. If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipping on Monday and it should be in your hands by Wednesday.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! All eBooks can be sent to any country but unfortunately physical products can not be shipped abroad during Covid-19.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through PayFast which is integrated into our site.
I want to become a part of the team. How do I sign up?
Head to the top of our website and click on Our Team & Trainers and then select, Become a Burnt Fit Trainer.

Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, most certainly! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details about your exchange or return and we will email you with details about what to do as soon as possible.
Please note that we are happy to exchange an item for you provided that we have stock in the size you want to receive.
In the case of a return, we do not do cash returns and will send you a Burnt Fit online voucher with the same value of the item that you have returned.
Please make sure to read our Returns and Exchange Policy before purchasing. No returns or exchanges on sale items.
When will I receive my return credit?
Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within +-4 business days of Burnt Fit receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
Burnt Fit does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages.
Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by a Burnt Fit representative.
Burnt Fit cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing time frames.
