How long does it take to get my eBook?

Your eBooks will be sent to your email address as soon as you have ordered! If you have not yet received your eBook within a few hours of paying, please email us on support@burntfit.co.za and we'll assist you!

How long does it take to get my physical products?

Delivery in South Africa takes about 1-3 working days from when your order has been shipped. Eg. If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipping on Monday and it should be in your hands by Wednesday.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door. 

Do you ship Internationally?

All eBooks can be sent to any country!

Unfortunately physical products can not be shipped abroad at this stage. If the program you buy requires equipment, you can find it at your local sports store.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through PayFast which is integrated into our site. 

You can also pay for your order with instalments over three months, interest free! Simply choose the PayJustNow option at checkout!

Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes, most certainly! Please send us an email to support@burntfit.co.za with details about your exchange or return and we will email you with details about what to do as soon as possible.

Please note that we are happy to exchange an item for you provided that we have stock of that product. 

Please make sure to read our Returns and Exchange Policy before purchasing. No returns or exchanges on sale items or on digital products like eBooks. 

Can I get a physical copy?

All of our eBooks are sent to you as a digital copy so that you can have access to them wherever you go.

If you prefer a physical copy, you are more than welcome to print it!

Do our eBooks contain recipes?

Our eBooks give you the tools and knowledge to create meals that work for you! We explain this in our nutritional guide.

If you are looking for a bit of food inspo we suggest following Burnt Fit on Instagram.

Do I have the copy forever?

Yes! Once you have the eBook you own it forever.

Why did my link expire?

We have limited the number of times our eBooks can be downloaded. To prevent this from happening download the eBook and save it onto your laptop or phone.

If you haven’t saved the eBooks send us an email at support@burntstudios.co.za and someone will get in touch with you.

Can I do the programs without the equipment

Our training programs integrate our booty bands, resistant bands and sometimes a door anchor. If you don’t have these items, you won’t be able to do the exercises properly and you won’t see the desired results.

If you would prefer to use weights instead of the resistant band you are more than welcome to!

What apps do you recommend?

We have installed a timer into our Burnt at home 1.0 – you don’t need a timer for the rest.

Can I get assistance with calculating my calories and Macros?

Yes, you can! Our Nutritional Guide explains the process very well and in a lot of detail so we suggest you work though that first.

Will I have access to the facebook group?

Everyone that purchases our eBooks can request to join Burnt Fit Community group on Facebook.

The facebook group shares recipes, playlists and exclusive content to aid you in your journey to becoming your best self.

Can I still do Cardio?

If you love running or any other form of cardio you can definitely carry on with that. Remember to always listen to your body and to rest when you need to!
