This is your 8 - week guide to changing your body by focusing even more on resistance training than what we did in Shred at Home 1.0
If you are new here, you might want to start with Shred at Home 1.0 as that program provides you with an amazing foundation on to how to train with resistance.
But that said, you don't HAVE to do Shred at Home 1.0. You can jump straight into this one if you feel that you are ready!
If you are planning on jumping in straight away with 2.0 and skip 1.0 then we highly suggest that you also get the Nutrition Guide. Trust us, it's a game changer!
The 8 week program includes:
- Day-to-day workouts that incorporates resistance training to fast-track your road to reach your body goals.
- Full exercise explanations
- No gym required (All you need is a Resistance band & a Booty band).
*All our Burnt Fit babes who has already done Shred at Home 1.0 and already have the equipment and nutritional guide, this one for you! You don't need any new equipment and you can make use of the same Nutritional Guide.
